Congratulations, your offer was accepted! If your terms include inspections, we will help to arrange them and will be present at them as well. These inspections are to check on the condition of the home and be sure all systems are in working order. You have the opportunity to share the report with the seller to request items be repaired if necessary before closing. 

Now is the time to finish packing your belongings and preparing for moving day! Remember to ask your realtor for invaluable trusted resources like insured movers, moving trucks, and more. We have our own moving truck you can use - for free!

At closing, you will finish signing all of the paperwork necessary to complete the purchase of your home. Then, you are ready to move in! Congratulations!
